Have you done wedding receptions?Yes we have. We love them! We fit well alongside the meal as a side or dessert item, in-between the wedding and the reception, and as a late night treat.

My favorite flavors are 'xxx'. Can we get that?We will work together to come up with the right menu. Of course they can have that flavor. If we don't have the flavor on the menu - we will even work with you to create one your guests will enjoy.

Can you accommodate for different food allergies?Our entire menu is totally gluten-free and we have dairy free options on a regular basis. We are excited to make sure all of your guests have options. Let's work together to make sure you get what you need.

How do you accommodate larger parties (over 150 guests)Food trucks and service categories like Waffle Blox are amazing that they provide variety and freshly prepared items. The downside is that made to order service styles can delay speed of service and interrupt the flow of the event. Our style of preparation and service is remarkable. We have served over 120 guests in under 30 minutes. This ensures your guests get their food quickly so they can enjoy the rest of the party.
